Site HSES Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of health, safety, and environmental protection on the construction site
  
  
• Cooperation with the Construction Manager and subcontractors’ HSE teams
  
  
• Enforcement of HSE regulations and requirements (local, client, and internal standards)
  
  
• Organizing and conducting HSE meetings, audits, and inspections
  
  
• Managing HSE documentation, permits, and incident response
  
  
• Providing HSE training for workers and subcontractors
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position within the industrial sector
  
  
• Knowledge of HSE and environmental regulations (experience in Germany is a plus)
  
  
• Communicative German and fluent Polish and English
  
  
• Valid SCC/VCA certifications and training in: working at heights, confined spaces
