Site HSES Officer

We are looking for an experienced E&C HSES Officer to assist the HSES Manager with safety management during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring adherence to Safety First policy and Life Saving Rules. The role involves overseeing all HSES aspects on-site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote 12 Life Saving Rules and ensure safety compliance on-site
  
  
• Supervise subcontractor activities and ensure safety standards are met
  
  
• Validate subcontractor HSES plans, risk assessments, and documents
  
  
• Manage safety permits (Work Permits, Confined Space, Lifting, etc.)
  
  
• Communicate safety instructions for special works (e.g., confined space, work at height)
  
  
• Perform safety audits, training, and stop unsafe activities
  
  
• Monitor housekeeping and safety practices on-site
  
  

Requirements:

• Skills: Site commissioning, contractor management, NEBOSH Certification, confined space & work-at-height training
  
  
• Proficiency: Advanced English and  Polish, Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
