Your Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies for managing software licenses in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee software asset audits and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with licensing terms across all software used within the organization.
- Handle the full lifecycle of software assets—from initial request and licensing to deployment and retirement.
- Develop and update documentation and guidelines related to software acquisition and management.
- Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in software asset management or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of licensing and contractual frameworks from major vendors (e.g., Microsoft).
- ITIL certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with managing software contracts and license agreements.
- Hands-on experience with software asset management platforms and tools.
- Ability to interpret and optimize data related to license usage.
