Supplier Quality Control

We are looking for an SQC Coordinator to ensure the conformity of purchased equipment with quality standards, specifications, and regulations. This role involves managing inspection activities from the procurement phase through to project completion, ensuring suppliers meet all required quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection Data Sheets (IDS)
• Coordinate inspections, manage non-conformities, and close punch lists
• Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for suppliers
• Prepare and validate Manufacturer Data Reports (MDR), certificates, and final documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., CE, ATEX)
• Interface with Project Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to track progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Supplier Quality Control
• Knowledge of welding processes, NDT coordination, and gas industry equipment
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Ability to coordinate QC activities and manage multiple stakeholders
