Benefits
- Up to $53.10 per hour
- 5 month contract
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Canning Vale location
- Experienced in admin roles within large organisations
- Skilled in meeting support, incident processes, and change initiatives
- Strong communicator with influencing ability
- Holds a current WA C-class driver’s licence
- Deliver high-level admin support to service delivery teams and leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, events, and track key deliverables.
- Support business goals through coordination with managers and team leads.
- Delegate tasks and assist admin staff across metro locations.
- Share updates and requirements across teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain training records with the Training Coordinator.
- Promote safety and assist with incident management.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Support ministerial and priority communications.
- Coordinate KPI and hazard reporting for timely action.
