We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment efforts across diverse markets in the chemical and gas industry. This role is responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
      • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
      • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI tools).
      • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
        • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global TA team.
        • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
          • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to understand talent needs.
          • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and universities.
          • Ensure inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.

          Qualifications:
          • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
          • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
          • Experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the chemical, gas, or manufacturing sectors.
          • Proven track record of building and scaling global recruitment strategies.
          • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and international hiring practices.
          • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
