Technical Expert
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant subject.
- Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., P.E, Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, IAM, ICE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Highways sector.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience in developing road databases and road asset management systems.
- 12 years of general experience as an IT specialist and 10 years of specific experience in similar projects.
- Knowledge of HDM-4 model or other asset management maintenance models.
