For our client, a leader in designing solutions for the HVAC/R, home appliances, specialized equipment, and automotive industries, we are looking for a Thermal Simulation Specialist.

Responsibilities
:
  • Designing and conducting CFD simulations (thermal and flow analysis) for power electronics devices, particularly lithium-ion battery chargers.
  • Creating technical documentation in 2D/3D formats and preparing reports from simulations and calculations.
  • Performing validation tests and conducting thermal and electrical measurements.
  • Analyzing client requirements and developing product concepts, including preparing cost estimates.
  • Collaborating in a multidisciplinary project team, involving various fields in the product development process.
  • Supporting the implementation of developed projects into mass production.
  • Actively participating in the product certification process.
  • Creating models and operating a 3D printer.
Key Competencies:
  • Higher technical education in mechanical engineering (mechatronics, mechanics, and machine construction, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing mechanical devices and conducting FEA simulations.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (NX, SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of flow and thermal simulation programs (SolidWorks Simulation).
  • Understanding of product development processes and implementation into mass production.
  • Proficiency in English at a level that allows working in an international team.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of digital and analog electronics, experience in power electronics product development processes.
  • Practical experience in conducting electronic measurements and thermal tests.
  • Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Polarion.
  • Knowledge of materials and production processes.
