      Led engineering governance and stakeholder coordination for a large-scale port debottlenecking project, including car dumper and materials handling systems.

    • Operational Readiness for Desalination & Green Energy:
      Delivered compliance frameworks and commissioning strategies for desalination and hydrogen/ammonia fuel projects with major mining operators.

    • Asset Lifecycle & Risk Engineering:
