Job Title: Turnaround Coordinator
Location: Calgary, AB
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week (required to be onsite full time during execution, and ~1x/month) – sites located in Southern AB and Ontario.
Start Date: Aug/Sept 2025
Contract Length: 1 year with annual renewals
Our client is seeking a skilled Turnaround Coordinator to join their team in Calgary for a long-term contract.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Turnaround Management / Turnaround Coordinating.
- Journeyman Trades ticket
- Strong people skills and communication
- Experienced in Turnaround from inception to completion
- Prior experience in Navitrack (preferred) & Maximo (required)
- Strong experience in budgeting for Turnarounds
- Must have Incorporation w/ WCB and CGL and able to pass a D&A and Background Check prior to starting work.
