NES Fircroft are looking for a UFR QA/QC Lead that will be responsible for coordinating quality assurance and quality control activities, supporting the package manager on all quality-related matters.

Role details :
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months renewable
- Locations : Resident in France till 31/12/2025. Rotational: 4 weeks in Suriname/ 2 weeks remote / 2 weeks off
- Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the team.
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Supervise and monitor quality activities during engineering, procurement, construction, and service phases.
- Approve quality plans, inspection test plans, and related documentation.
- Manage ISO 9001 processes including audits, non-conformance, corrective/preventive actions, KPIs, inspections, and feedback.
- Coordinate quality oversight at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and vendor facilities.
- Liaise with third-party inspection and certification bodies.
- Report and address deficiencies in contractor practices and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the project quality team.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant products and quality standards.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
