NES Fircroft are currently partnering with a Global Leader across various sectors including fertiliser production. Within their Western Australia operations they are finalising the construction of a Urea plant and are actively looking for a Plant Manager to oversee operations.

This role is offered on a permanent residential basis in regional Western Australia, sponsorship of the successful candidate is available. The Plant Manager will oversee day to day operations of the Urea Plant and manage a multi-disciplined and multi-national team so excellent communication and technical skills are a key requirement for the role.

 
Key experience/skills the role requires are

 
  • Minimum of 18+ years of hands on experience in a Urea Granulation Fertiliser Plant
  • Demonstrated experience with Saipem Snamprogetti Technology
  • Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role overseeing teams within a chemical processing environment
  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
  • A high level of Quality Control expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with demonstratable experience in building and improving high performing teams
