We are working with our global oil and gas client recruiting for a Vendor HRIS Coordinator to join them on an initial contract until the end of 2025 with the possibility of extension.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Process all transactional CWF/Vendor data requests in a timely manner
- Maintain data integrity of Lighthouse, SF and downstream systems
- Manage/monitor data integrations from Lighthouse to SF
- Manage, line leader changes in a timely manner
- Maintain and create position for CWF/Vendor workforce
- Verifying and maintain accurate data including seeking clarification where required.
- Actively participate in system enhancement and upgrade efforts, using previously demonstrated experience and HR master data.
- Assisting in preparation of various reports
- Assisting with audit requests as and when required
- Assisting with UAT / test scripts for system enhancements
- Ensuring contractor data remains confidential and restricted to users with appropriate access
- Ensuring HRIS process are aligned to industry best practice
- Identify solutions to CWF/Vendor master data queries
- Previous experience in Vendor onboarding administration processes
- Demonstrated experience in Company policies and procedures
- Experience in business process change and training end users within the oil & gas and mining sectors
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Success Factors (SAP)
- MyPass or similar contractor competency management and onboarding systems.
- Technical knowledge of Success Factors essential
