Job Description:


Reporting to the head of the SURF operations department, you will be involved in monitoring and coordinating the installation phases of our projects. You will act as the technical point of contact between the projects and the vessels under your responsibility; thus, you will ensure the feasibility of operations and the optimization of resources to be deployed within the project framework: design, manufacturing, installation methods, etc. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the project and the progress of barge operations in coordination with the project team, superintendent, and field engineer;
  • Participating in installation procedure reviews and offshore operation risk analyses;
  • Defining subcontracting needs, participating in subcontractor selection, and monitoring subcontract performance;
  • Ensuring logistics for personnel and equipment during vessel mobilization, operations, and demobilization;
  • Contributing to the optimization of offshore operations;
  • Coordinating with the equipment department for all equipment requests;
  • Overseeing the complete monitoring of barges (certifications, equipment, equipment rental, etc.).
Profile:

  • Education: Engineering school, specializing in mechanical or civil engineering;
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in offshore installations and project work, or as a site manager in civil engineering;
  • Mobility: This position requires genuine availability for assignments, including long-term expatriation during installation phases;
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
