Accountable for warehouse inventory through documentation, procedure verification, and systematic review.
Performs data entry transactions in SAP, to include Goods Receipt and Material Transfers, among others.
Completes cycle counts of physical inventory. Analyzes cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, material
transactions and associated issues. Audits incoming and outgoing transactions for assurance of quality and
accuracy. Willing to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of
personnel.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience in inventory and warehouse operations.
• Inventory, Material Accounting, or Cycle Counting experience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of comprehending shipping, receiving and inventory documentation.
• Must have acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook specifically.
• Familiar with inventory software, databases and systems (SAP for example).
• Capable of working cohesively with a dynamic team.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Potentially available for after hours on call rotation.
• Physically able to withstand heat dust, minor lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
