Very industrial setting
SAP is a nice to have, but not really important for this role, at this time, they can and will teach this person when the time comes (possibly a selling point for candidates)
KEY SKILLSETS
1. Eye for safety, they have had 0 time loss incidents in 6 years, safety is paramount and not working beyond your ability
2. Communication is key skillset for this role, across all levels of the business, working/communicating with material expeditors, email communications
3. Hard working, wanting to come in and prove worth, openness ability to learn, will show up when they are expected

- Backfill - VERY Urgent need, but looking for HIGH quality, they will not select a body just to fill the position
- Interview process - 1 video interview, then onsite. Anyone that asks to reschedule an interview after it is set will be disqualified.
- Schedule: 40hrs/wk, not much overtime expected, M-F, 7a-330p
- Potential to extend or become FTE in 1.5-2 years time, however anyone that asks about FTE timeline is a red flag
