Our client urgently needed to secure additional resources to improve and manage the health and safety at a fabrication site in Seoul. Following a spike in safety incidents, the client was concerned for the welfare of site personnel and was at significant risk of reputational damage.

Due to the client’s urgency to rectify their safety practices, we appointed two technical recruitment experts who focused on the immediate hire of nine HSE roles within two weeks.

The client’s specifications for the HSE team included personnel with:
