On November 3rd, 2023, NES Fircroft had the honor to join ALLY Energy at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to ring the closing bell on Energy Human Capital Markets Day in honor of the Women and Allies in Energy running club. The event was a celebration of commitment and leadership, with nearly 50 participating companies, all dedicated to driving the energy transition and creating a future of equal opportunities in a net-zero world.

Gemma Cornish, our Senior Manager of Business Development for the Alternative Fuels Sector, spoke about the recently unveiled Global Women In Energy Study. This ground-breaking research lays the foundation for transformative initiatives, aimed at fostering an environment where diversity, inclusion, and progress is the norm.

NES Fircroft is proud to provide this annual study to raise awareness and educate the industry, including implementation of tailored workforce solutions across all facets of the energy sector. Our partnership with ALLY Energy underscores our shared commitment to building the workforce of the future.

Determined to make a significant impact and close the equal opportunities gap, we continually gather and evaluate employee perceptions about their companies' alignment with diversity, inclusion, NetZero objectives, and the energy transition. Our goal is to ensure a workforce that truly embodies the future of energy.
